Every frame is spray finished in our workshop to your exact specification, ensuring consistent colour across multi-piece orders. If your scheme requires a specific finish -- matt, satin, high gloss, metallic, or textured -- we can match it. Send us a colour reference and we will prepare a sample for your approval before production begins.

Sample Service

We supply physical sample corners, finish swatches, and material options directly to your studio or site. Samples are prepared to the same specification as the finished frame, so what you present to your client is an accurate representation of the final product. The sample workflow is straightforward: request samples, present to your client, confirm the specification, and we proceed to production. We hold standard moulding profiles and finishes in stock for rapid sample turnaround, and custom finishes are prepared within days.

Lead Times and Project Coordination

Typical lead times are 3 to 5 weeks from confirmed specification, with expedited turnaround available for urgent project deadlines. We use in-house capacity planning software to schedule every order accurately, so the date we agree is the date your frames are ready. Our white-label service means frames can be delivered without Harten branding -- quotes, invoices, and delivery can be arranged through you or directly with your client, whichever suits your workflow. Mirrors specified as design elements within your scheme, not off-the-shelf products. Any size, any frame profile, finished to match your palette. We produce custom mirrors to scheme for residential interiors, hospitality venues, and commercial spaces. Frame finishes are colour matched to the same standard as our picture frames -- RAL, NCS, or custom spray to your specification.

Bespoke Finishes and Materials

Our workshop produces hand-finished frames in a wide range of materials and techniques. Hardwood profiles in oak, walnut, ash, and maple. Exotic timbers and veneers for distinctive schemes. Metal frames in aluminium, steel, and brass -- including welded metal frames for contemporary and industrial design projects. Hand-applied patinas, gilding, lacquer, and distressed finishes. If your design brief calls for a finish that does not exist as a standard moulding, we will develop it.

Image Panels and Surface Finishes

Beyond framing, we supply bespoke image panels and surface finishes for design projects. Large-format acrylic display solutions, bonded panels, oversized canvases, and wall treatments in bronze, corten, stained timber, and other surface finishes. We also produce biophilic panels for projects where natural materials are specified. All panels are made to your exact dimensions and finish specification.

Installation and Site Delivery

Project-ready logistics from workshop to site. We offer white-glove delivery, professional on-site installation, and site survey where required. Our installation team handles hanging, positioning, and final adjustments so your scheme is presented exactly as intended. For multi-location projects, we coordinate phased deliveries to match your installation schedule. All work is packaged for safe transit and delivered to site at the agreed time.
